  1. 營運聯絡：support@openbooking.hk。
  2. 收集的資料：電郵、密碼（只儲存散列值，不儲存明文）、暱稱、地區、夢境原文、標籤、按鈕紀錄。
  3. 用途：提供記事本、內容審查、公開牆，以及日後的配對功能（配對功能目前未開放）。
  4. 審查：儲存私人夢時，系統只會進行自動禁止內容篩查；私人夢不會由營運者逐篇審閱。公開夢須先勾選同意，並經營運者批准後，才會出現於公開牆；未經營運者批准，任何夢都不會出現於公開牆。
  5. 公開：公開屬自願，公開前須勾選同意。夢經批准上牆後，未登入的人亦可看到你的夢、顯示名及地區；上牆後內文不可修改，只可刪除。全站設有 noindex，只是請搜尋引擎不要收錄，並不能防止複製或截圖。
  6. 自動系統與外部 AI：我們可以使用自動系統處理文字，亦可能經外部 AI 處理。現階段無法保證外部供應商不會將文字用於改進模型。
  7. 服務性質：本服務不解夢，亦非醫療或心理服務，亦不保證配對成功。
  8. 刪除：你可於「我的記事本」刪除單篇夢，公開文字會一併刪除。已因配對而送達對方訊息的副本可能會保留（配對／站內訊息功能未開放時，此點不適用）。
  9. 刪除帳戶、查閱及更正：已登入的使用者可在設定頁自行刪除帳戶（須輸入目前密碼並再次確認）；刪除後，你的公開夢與記事本會永久刪除。已送達對方的訊息副本，見第 8 點。查閱及更正資料，請電郵 support@openbooking.hk，由客服以人工方式處理。
  10. 保留期：公開夢與私人記事本的保留期分開設定，兩者預設均為「直至手動刪除」，你可在設定頁改為 7、30 或 90 日。公開夢的保留期自營運者批准之時起計（批准前，該夢仍按私人記事本的保留期計算）；私人記事本的保留期自儲存之時起計。保留期屆滿後，系統會自動刪除；此自動刪除可能要到下一次有人開啟本站頁面時才會執行，並非屆滿即時刪除。備份副本不在此承諾範圍內，亦未經核實。
  11. 攔截紀錄：私人夢於儲存時如被自動禁止內容篩查攔截，系統會記錄使用者編號、命中的規則類別及時間；被攔截的文字不會儲存。這些紀錄會隨帳戶一併刪除。伺服器日誌只記錄規則名稱（不含使用者編號及文字），其保留期由託管平台決定。公開申請如被攔截或拒絕，規則類別會記於該夢的紀錄，並於該夢或帳戶被刪除時一併移除。
  12. 營運者可否查閱：本站沒有供營運者閱讀私人夢的頁面；管理審批頁只顯示待批准的公開夢。然而，夢境文字以純文字形式儲存於資料庫，能存取資料庫或託管平台的人員在技術上可以讀取這些文字；目前亦未設有存取紀錄。
  13. 年齡：你須自行確認年滿 18 歲。
  14. 伺服器／託管地點：目前不披露，我們亦不就伺服器所在地作出任何承諾。
  15. 文件更新：本文件可以修改，修改後會在本頁更新「更新日期」。重大改動會盡量用站內或電郵提示，但不保證每人收到。
  16. 適用法律及爭議：暫按香港法律理解本服務；如有爭議，以本頁最新版本為準（本文件未經律師審核）。

  1. Operator contact: support@openbooking.hk.
  2. Data we collect: email, password (stored only as a hash, never in plain text), nickname, region, the original text of dreams, tags, and button/action records.
  3. Purposes: providing the notebook, content review, the public wall, and matching at a later stage (matching is not open currently).
  4. Review: when a private dream is saved, only an automatic forbidden-content screen runs; private dreams are not reviewed one by one by an operator. A public dream requires the consent tick first and operator approval before it appears on the public wall; no dream appears on the public wall without operator approval.
  5. Going public: it is voluntary and you must tick a consent box first. Once a dream is approved onto the wall, people who are not logged in can read your dream, display name and region; after that the text cannot be edited, only deleted. The site-wide noindex only asks search engines not to index it; it does not prevent copying or screenshots.
  6. Automated systems and external AI: we may use automated systems to process text, and text may be processed by an external AI. At this stage we cannot guarantee that external providers will not use text to improve their models.
  7. Nature of the service: this service does not interpret dreams, is not medical or psychological care, and does not guarantee any match.
  8. Deletion: you can delete a single dream in "My notebook"; public text is deleted with it. Copies already delivered to another user's messages because of a match may be kept (this does not apply while matching / in-site messages are not open).
  9. Account deletion, access and correction: a logged-in user can delete their own account on the settings page (after entering the current password and confirming); on deletion, your public dreams and notebook are permanently removed. For copies of messages already delivered to another user, see item 8. For access to or correction of your data, email support@openbooking.hk; support handles these manually.
  10. Retention: retention is set separately for public dreams and for the private notebook; both default to "until deleted manually" and can be changed on the settings page to 7, 30 or 90 days. Public-dream retention counts from the time an operator approves the dream (before approval, the dream is still subject to the private-notebook retention); private-notebook retention counts from the time of saving. After the retention period expires, the system deletes automatically; this automatic deletion may only run the next time someone opens the site's pages, so it is not immediate on expiry. Copies in backups are not covered by this statement and have not been verified.
  11. Block records: when a private submission is blocked by the automatic forbidden-content screen, the system records the user ID, the rule category hit and the time; the blocked text is not stored. These records are deleted together with the account. The server log records only the rule name (no user ID, no text), and its retention is determined by the hosting platform. For a public submission that is blocked or rejected, the rule category is stored with that dream's record and is removed when the dream or the account is deleted.
  12. Operator access: the site provides no page for operators to read private dreams; the admin review page shows only public dreams pending approval. However, dream text is stored as plain text in the database, so people with access to the database or the hosting platform could technically read it, and there is currently no access log.
  13. Age: you must confirm for yourself that you are 18 or older.
  14. Hosting / server location: not disclosed currently, and we make no statement about where servers are located.
  15. Changes: this document may change; the "last updated" date on this page will be updated. For major changes we will try to notify you in-site or by email, but we do not guarantee that everyone receives the notice.
  16. Governing law and disputes: for now this service is understood under Hong Kong law; in a dispute the latest version of this page prevails (this document has not been reviewed by a lawyer).
